This Privacy Policy explains how Aligned Myndset ("we," "us," "our"), operated by Ferdous Haque, collects, uses, and protects the personal information of visitors to alignedmyndset.com and clients who work with us. It applies to information collected through this website and through the coaching and workshop services we provide.

When you fill out a form on this site — including the Contact form, Book a Session, Get Started, or the ALIGNED workshop waitlist — we collect the information you provide, which may include:
- Your name and email address
- Your phone number, if provided
- Any message, question, or details you share about what brings you to coaching
If you book a paid session or workshop spot, payment is processed directly by Stripe. We do not collect or store your card details ourselves — Stripe handles that in line with its own privacy and security practices.
If you book a call using Calendly, Calendly collects the scheduling details needed to arrange that call, under its own privacy policy.
How we use your information
We use the information you provide to:
- Respond to your inquiry or message
- Confirm and manage bookings for coaching sessions and workshops
- Provide the coaching services you've signed up for
- Keep basic records of client communication
We do not use the information collected through our forms for marketing or newsletter emails unless you separately and explicitly opt in to receive those.
How your information is stored
Form submissions are processed through Netlify Forms and delivered to Ferdous by email. Website hosting is provided by Netlify. Payment processing, where applicable, is provided by Stripe. We take reasonable steps to keep the information you share with us secure, but no method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure.
Cookies
This website does not currently use analytics or advertising cookies. If that changes in the future, this policy will be updated to reflect it, and where required by law we will ask for your consent first.
Sharing your information
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We only share it with the third-party services necessary to run this site and deliver our services — currently Netlify (hosting and form delivery), Stripe (payments), and Calendly (scheduling) — or where required by law.
How long we keep your information
We keep client and inquiry information for as long as is reasonably necessary to provide our services, maintain records, and meet any legal or accounting obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymized.
Your rights

Our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
