Agreement to these terms
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of alignedmyndset.com and any coaching sessions, workshops, or other services booked through it (together, the "Services"), provided by Ferdous Haque, operating as Aligned Myndset. By using this website or booking a Service, you agree to these terms.
About our services
Aligned Myndset provides personal and career coaching, and hosts in-person workshops, for women. Coaching is a collaborative, forward-looking process aimed at helping you gain clarity and make changes in your own life.
Not a substitute for medical or mental health treatment
Coaching is not therapy, counselling, or medical treatment. While Ferdous holds a background in counselling psychology, coaching sessions and workshops offered through Aligned Myndset are educational and developmental in nature, not clinical or diagnostic services. Nothing shared in a session, workshop, or on this website should be treated as medical, psychological, or health advice, and it is not a substitute for care from a licensed physician, therapist, or other qualified professional. If you are experiencing a medical or mental health emergency, please contact emergency services or a licensed provider directly.
You are responsible for your own decisions and wellbeing, and for seeking appropriate professional support alongside or instead of coaching where needed.
Bookings and payment
Fees for coaching sessions and workshops are as stated at the time of booking. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. Prices for 1:1 coaching packages are shared and confirmed during your discovery call before any payment is taken.
Cancellations and refunds
Workshop bookings are non-refundable once purchased. If you're no longer able to attend, your spot may be transferred to someone else, or credited towards a future date — just get in touch as soon as you know. For 1:1 coaching sessions, cancellation and rescheduling terms will be agreed with you directly before your first paid session.
Your responsibilities
When using this website or our Services, you agree to provide accurate information, to use the website lawfully, and not to attempt to disrupt or misuse it or the booking and payment systems it relies on.
Intellectual property
The content on this website — including text, the ALIGNED framework, workshop materials, images, and branding — belongs to Aligned Myndset or is used with permission, and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written consent.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aligned Myndset is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of this website or participation in coaching or workshops. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Third-party services
This website uses third-party providers, including Netlify (hosting and forms), Stripe (payments), and Calendly (scheduling). Your use of those services is also subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable within it.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the website or Services after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
