How We Begin
Our process starts with a complimentary connection call to ensure we are a true fit for each other. Once we decide to move forward, we will co-create your coaching container based on your pace and vision, offering 3, 4, 6, or 8-month timelines depending on the depth of support you desire. I recommend a minimum of four months, because real change takes longer to hold than most people expect.
Every client starts in a different place, so what changes, and how quickly, is different too. Our first conversation is about getting honest, together, about where you actually are, and where the real gap is between that and where you want to be.
Investment is shared during our discovery call, once we know this is the right fit for you.
What's Included Throughout Your Journey
Your customized partnership includes dedicated, 45 to 60 minute bi-weekly coaching sessions where we map out your unique internal stories and patterns. Between calls, you will have direct messaging access for real-time support, alongside curated, practical tools tailored entirely to your day-to-day life.
